Nowadays, we are fond of having surgeries and injections as well as taking drugs to make our face younger and more attractive in the eyes of other. But we are not thinking what will be the bad effects on our body and health. 
A study was conducted on how to look younger in a natural way these are the following: 
Face Refreshing Sleep
It was studied and observed that if a person will just sleep about 2 or 3 hours it will show up on his/her face a very tired and stressful. And if we practice this habit everyday it will make us 2 or 3 years older than our original age. But if we sleep 8 hours or 9 hours a day it will make our face look younger and it will add a glow. That's why we have the word beauty sleep. So that our muscles and veins will be relaxed. 
Best Face Forward
Lack of sleep has also a bad effects not only on physical as well as on our health. It affects our brain, endocrine system and immune system.
